Hi,
Thanks for reaching out
We are PNG Family Empowerment Inc. (PNGFE), a pioneering, community-driven organization dedicated to transforming families to become dynamic, self-reliant enterprises. PNGFE is a national movement restoring God’s design for development — where families steward resources, enterprises grow from within, and the nation prospers from the ground up. PNGFE is redefining development in PNG and aims to transform PNG through 'Family Empowerment' by wise local resources stewardship, starting with human resource development through TRAINING, and then natural resource development through FUNDING, and then blessing others with our value-added resources through MARKETING, using just your phone
Generally, and basically, we operate on the truth that
  • God created the universe and everything in it. God was satisfied/pleased with His own creation that He rested on the seventh day
  • After creating everything else, God created all men equal: black, white, brown or coloured
  • God commanded us to be stewards over His complete and beautiful creation.
  • God’s creation are the resources, starting first and foremost with the human resource.
  • If God placed a man on a rocky barren island, absolutely everything that he needs to survive and thrive and have life to the fullest is already there because everything God created is gold. Our God-given resources are our backbone.
  1. Beginning with the human resource which is in the image and likeness of God himself. The body is valueless, for example your eyes are worth more than a trillion or even quadrillion dollars. Infact no amount of money can buy it. So with the heart and other parts. The man also has a God-given talent that is valuable. For example, sports and music stars earn millions of dollars a year from their talents. You also have a gift/talent in you that can generate alot of money because God created all men equal, in His own image and likeness. Of course, you may argue that we are not created the same as some are preachers and others are teachers etc. But every career can be lucrative if you work hard on yourself and be at the right place at the right time. For example, a rugby player in the Digicel cup is paid little compared to a similar talented player in the NRL. Even the humble comedian Kevin Hart earns K200 million a year just from cracking jokes professionally as a career.God created all men equal — black, white, brown, and every shade — and endowed each of us with treasure: gold in many forms. Everything we need to prosper is already here; we are called to steward these Resources wisely. From birth, He gives us Talents as our first resources to live, grow, and thrive. He calls us to use our Talents, let our light shine, and fulfill our purpose.
  2. Next is the land. It is very valuable. We are dust, and to dust we shall return. We don’t live up in the air but on earth. A Toyota 10-seater Land Cruiser costs about K200 000 and is about 3m x 3m in size. But a similar size of land portion (3m x 3m) is more valuable than the 10-seater vehicle. For instance, a Chinese may not own any land in PNG but only rents a 3m x 3m piece of land and sets up a kaibar and earn millions of Kinas a year.
  3. Third category of resource in order of importance are food crops and livestock because when we are hungry, we don’t eat balsa etc. These are gold. Lihir and Porgera may have yellow/golden gold, but we also have gold, albeit green, or white gold or red gold or black gold etc. For instance, tapioca has an annual world market value of around K20 billion, yet we are not commercializing it. Same is true with kaukau which is worth around K220 billion. On the contrary, we spend K800 million a year on chicken and another K800 on tinned fish. However, if a family has an incubator and only 20 dual purpose hens and a few roosters housed in a 3m x 3m coop, they can produce around 5000 chickens a year. If each is sold for K50 each, the family can earn K250 000 a year. Or if a family has a 3m x 3m x 1m biofloc aquaponics pond, they can have thousands of fish and vegetables a year too. The same is true with Duckponics and rice which gives far more yields that dryland or normal wetland farming in a 3m x 3m paddy, not to mention the meat and eggs from the integrated ducks which kill pesticides, fertilizes the rice and stops weeds etc. PNGFE has done all of the above for its members, including complete feed formulation from waste banana stems alone. In fact, nothing is waste or inferior: everything is gold. We do not only preach but walk the talk.
  4. Fourth are renewable resources like balsa. PNGFE already has a FIP Certificate and a Balsa Export License, and members can use these. In that way, they fully benefit, after downstream processing. For example, you earn K1000+ and even more per cubic meter, as opposed to just K100. If we downstream process further to high value finished products, 1 cubic meter can fetch K20 000 and even more. And 1 cubic meter can be from just 1 tree. Yes, this shows that we are already abundantly blessed by God.
  5. Lastly are the non-renewable resources like gold, copper, LNG, oil etc.
Another untapped potential are our Nature, Culture and Adventure tourism products. Tourism is a trillion-dollar industry and it's everyone's business whether you're a carver or dancer or kaukau farmer. 100+ million tourists visit France every year., and PNG has immense potential because God blessed us with Nature and Culture that are second to none - we are first... PNGFE helps its members to develop and market their products overseas and has had over 100 international guests so far who have rated us a 10/10 score, proving that they like Nature, Culture & Adventure products in the villages..
If we deny all of the above facts, then we are denying the Divine Creator who rested because His creation was complete and beautiful.
PNGFE has prepared courses for the above, and more. This is for human resource development, for without it, our natural resources will continue to be exploited/plundered at worst or disregarded at best. After training, you will be eligible for funding to allow for natural resources development. Then PNGFE again provides the marketing platform to bless others with our value-added resources, both locally and internationally.
In addition to the courses mentioned above, we are also offering a Professional world-class Bachelor in Business Administration & Enterprise-Backed Strategic Leadership course. We have all had business start-ups but failed because of lack of training. It may have been ripe banana or baked tapioca venture. All families have abundant resources with which to go into business. In fact, we do start but then fail again after some time. Many big multinational corporations like Samsung and Ford started off as family businesses, and many remain family-controlled today. Your family can be the same. This course will assist your family to build your business legacy. This course covers everything from IT to HR, Accounting, Sales & Marketing among others. It is a unique program that you should check out. The BBA-EBSL program enables you to be an accountant, HR Manager, Sales & Marketing Expert, IT Pro and more. This targets Grade 10s and 12s job seekers as there are stacked credentials starting with Certificate to Diploma and finally Bachelor's Degree. You will be highly demanded by employers because of the value you will bring to their company. Moreover, you will be eligible for funding.
We also have the PNGFE Membership Program, aimed at 'Family Empowerment'. Why focus on the 'Family' unit? Families are the vehicle through which God’s blessings, development, and prosperity are realized. God brought salvation to mankind through the Holy Family of Nazareth, and he will bring development again today, through the same channel: 'Family'. The “FAMILY” is the fundamental unit, the basis of society. Society passes by way of the family, and it is ultimately the family that determines what kind of society will prevail; a peaceful and prosperous society or a destructive one. The family is the foundation. As an African proverb says, “The ruin of a nation begins in its home.” The same is true with the Church because the family is first Church. It is also true for other organizations because the family is the first co-operative, the first health center, the first school, the first law enforcement unit and so on. When this basic building block (family) is healthy and strong, then the structure will stand healthy and strong. The ‘family issue’ is not merely another social issue but rather it is the social issue; the root of all socio-economic problems. Thus, the family-based approach is the sure-fire strategy to address social issues. You fix the family, and you automatically fix the ills of society. It is a matter of paramount importance to consider the integral development of the family as the priority task, rendered even more urgent by the present state of society. Failure to recognize the high value of the family will result in society’s continual downward slide which will end in society destroying itself.
Finally, I would like to end by saying that the first command by God to man was to be fruitful and multiply and have dominion over his creation. All our resources, including our talents and natural resources must be developed to build His Kingdom and if we hide them under the bucket, we will be answerable.

The cost of INACTION
Every year, PNG loses billions because families do not activate the resources they already have — land, crops, skills, and creativity. Tapioca, kaukau, coconuts, rice, honey — all worth billions, yet rarely commercialised.
When parents delay action today, children inherit the same struggles tomorrow. When a youth does not take action today, their tomorrow is jeopardised. Tomorrow will be different from today only if you Act NOW!
Develop the priority human resources today through training. The cost of learning is small. The cost of inaction is generational
