Getting Here: Detailed directions and transportation options (including recommended drivers familiar with the community) will be provided upon booking confirmation. We recommend arranging a 4WD vehicle for the final leg of the journey for a comfortable arrival.

🤝 A Relationship Built on Respect
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. As a small family operation, we have a simple policy:
- 7+ days notice: Full refund.
- 48 – 72 hours notice: 50% refund.
- Less than 48 hours notice: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund as ingredients will have been purchased and family members will have prepared for your arrival.
In case of extreme weather, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.
Sustainability Promise
We are committed to low-impact, high-connection tourism. We avoid single-use plastics, source all food from our gardens or local community, and ensure our activities respect the natural environment you’ve come to enjoy.
